I enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu Es. Hotel, Roma, thanks to the fantastic bar and restaurant and the overall cleanliness. However, I encountered some issues with service at the reception and the initial condition of my room, which left me a bit disappointed.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean but felt a bit run-down overall. The air conditioning needed fixing initially, and the lack of complimentary water daily was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.
Service
5.0
While most staff were friendly and helpful, I had a tough experience with one of the reception staff, whose attitude was quite off-putting when I checked in. It took a while to resolve my room's temperature issue, but Roberto did assist promptly once I raised the concern.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near Termini station, which made exploring Rome easy. However, the surrounding area felt somewhat run-down and less safe at night.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast had a good variety and quality, but the room service experience was not as satisfactory. I appreciated the friendly dining staff, but the overall dining experience could use some improvements.
Facilities
6.0
The rooftop pool was a lovely spot, but the additional fee for access felt a bit excessive. Overall, the hotel offered standard amenities, but there’s room for enhancements.

7.4/10

My stay at the Radisson Blu Es. Hotel in Rome was far from what I expected. While the location near Roma Termini was convenient, the room layout was quite awkward, with minimal privacy. Breakfast was underwhelming and the service left much to be desired, making for an overall disappointing experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and oddly designed, with a shower curtain area directly behind the bed and no privacy for the toilet, which was also lacking proper ventilation. The furniture felt cheap, and cleanliness was questionable.
Service
5.0
The breakfast staff were notably unhelpful and even rude at times, creating a rather uncomfortable atmosphere. There was little flexibility with requests, and it seemed like they didn’t appreciate any guest inquiries.
Location
5.0
While being close to the train station was a plus, the surrounding area felt unsafe and unwelcoming, especially at night, which detracted from the overall experience.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast spread was disappointing and lacked variety, particularly for vegetarians. Additionally, strict policies against taking food away made it frustrating for guests looking for a quick bite.
Facilities
5.0
Although the hotel marketed itself well, it was clear that it needed significant renovations and improved cleanliness throughout the hotel.

5.6/10

My stay at Radisson Blu Roma had its ups and downs. The breakfast was a standout with plenty of options, and the staff, especially those treating my child with care, were lovely. However, I found the room's design quite troubling, lacking privacy with its open layout and poor temperature control.

Rooms
5.0
The room was poorly designed, featuring an open concept with a shower in the middle and flimsy glass doors for the toilet. It really lacked privacy, which was off-putting. Plus, I struggled with the temperature as I couldn’t adjust it properly.
Service
7.0
The staff were professional and friendly throughout my stay, helping with various needs and ensuring cleanliness in the room. Despite some issues, they worked hard to provide a good experience.
Location
6.0
While the location was convenient due to its proximity to the train station, I didn't feel entirely safe in the area. There were troubling incidents nearby that made me cautious while walking.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast offered a wide variety, significantly improving my mornings, even though the quality of the hot items could have been better (I had cold eggs daily!).
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like the rooftop pool were an appealing feature, but I didn't explore them much due to the additional costs and my overall dissatisfaction with the room setup.

6.2/10

The Radisson Blu Es. Hotel in Rome offers a unique experience with its modern room design and a fantastic rooftop bar. However, the surrounding area felt a bit seedy at times, which puts a damper on the overall vibe. The breakfast was abundant but had some hit-or-miss items. While the staff were mostly friendly, I encountered a few hiccups with the service that could've been better.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in was modern and spacious, with unique designs that, while a bit eccentric, added character. The bed was comfortable, but I wished the clothing storage was more enclosed instead of on display.
Service
7.0
I found the staff to be generally friendly and efficient, but there were moments where their lack of knowledge, like regarding late check-out, was frustrating. Most interactions were positive, but consistent service would elevate the experience.
Location
6.0
The hotel's proximity to Termini station is a plus for easy transportation, but the immediate area wasn't the best, with some sights of urban decline and a feeling of unease at times.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast had a solid variety, though the scrambled eggs weren’t quite up to snuff. The rooftop bar was definitely the highlight, with a cozy atmosphere and nice views, though using the pool comes with an extra cost.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had great amenities like free Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning. Access to the rooftop was an excellent feature, creating a nice spot to unwind, although I wish everything wasn't an additional charge.
